I started on the sales floor at Nordstrom and worked my way to the executive boardroom—eventually leading a $2 billion business as an EVP. That journey shaped my approach to leadership, strategy, and what it really takes to build a successful career as a woman in corporate leadership.
I’ve been married for 25 years in a role-reversed partnership with a stay-at-home dad—long before it was common. As a mom to three thriving adult children, I’ve lived a modern family success story rooted in shared values, flexibility, and a deep commitment to showing up for what matters most.
After being fired at the height of my corporate career, I reinvented myself (from my bedroom floor!)—launching a successful business as an executive coach, speaker, and consultant. Today, I help ambitious women and visionary brands redefine success without sacrifice.
